Returns, refunds and rights of cancellation
There are no refunds granted on any order placed with us, as they are customized and are made to order.
Handloom fabrics are hand dyed and hand block printed and embroidered fabrics have inherent uneven designs which may appear like defects due to their non uniformity unlike machine produced fabric.
If you receive damaged pieces or torn fabric or garment, do send us the picture on kapadiaketaki@gmail.com explaining the damage. This needs to be done within 48 hours of receiving the package.
The decision to replace the product is the discretion of Kapadia House Social Media Marketing in which case we will replace the product for you.
